We make every effort to provide every means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.

You have the right to: demand from the Administrator access to your personal data and receive a copy of it on demand from the Administrator to correct (amend) your personal data, demand from the Administrator to delete your personal data in a situation where the processing does not take place in order to comply with an obligation arising from a legal provision, demand from the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data, transfer your personal data, lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (contact details on ). What is the legal basis for your personal data ?
Your personal data is processed because at least one of the following conditions of Article 6(1) RODO has been met: you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specified purposes; the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party , or to take action at your request before entering into a contract;
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller;
processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another natural person;
processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the controller;
processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
We process your personal data for:
marketing of products and/or services,
realization of production,
offering and realization of sales of products and/or services,
after-sales service, among others, complaints. -
Who may be the recipient of your personal data?
We share your personal data only with entities that need it so that we can guarantee the quality of the product and/or service. The data is processed on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only on the administrator’s instructions. We do not share your data with any external entities for their own use – only for the implementation of our products and/or services. All partners who process your personal data ensure data security and fulfill all data protection obligations.

What are the rules for transferring your data outside the EEA?
When there are grounds for this, your personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations. We may transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EEA) only if it guarantees at least as much data protection as in Poland.
