The processing of personal data by the Controller is carried out solely for the purpose of presenting an offer (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or for the performance of a contract to the extent necessary for the provision of services by the Controller (based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR).

4. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of a contract in the scope of services provided by the Controller.

The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of products and services of the Controller until you object to their processing for this purpose, withdraw your consent if we processed them based on the so-called marketing consent, or we determine that they have become outdated.

The personal data provided by you will be stored by the Controller for the period required by law in connection with the performance of an offer or a contract in the scope of services provided by the Controller, as well as for the period necessary to fulfill accounting and tax obligations and the potential need to pursue claims arising from a contract for services provided by the Controller.
