2. The processing of personal data by the Controller is carried out solely for the purpose of presenting an offer (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or for the performance of a contract to the extent necessary for the provision of services by the Controller (based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR).<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The recipients of the personal data indicated in point 2 (above) will be:
a) The Controller,
b) The Controller’s contractors responsible for administrative support and settlements with the Controller,
c) The Controller’s contractors performing tasks related to the purpose indicated in point 4) and 5) below);
d) External entity: \u00b7 PERFEKT01 Accounting Office Limited Liability Company, with its registered office at ul. Przemiarki 23\/24 (postal code: 30-834 Krak\u00f3w) responsible, based on an agreement concluded with the Controller, for accounting services for the Controller; \u00b7 Ewa Ryfa conducting business activity under the name: Ewa Ryfa eTracto, ul. Lirowa 24 lok. 21, 02-387 Warsaw, responsible, based on an agreement concluded with the Controller, for advertising and marketing services for the Controller;
f) Entities providing IT services for the Controller;
g) The competent tax authority.<\/p>\n

4. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of a contract in the scope of services provided by the Controller.<\/p>\n

5. The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of products and services of the Controller until you object to their processing for this purpose, withdraw your consent if we processed them based on the so-called marketing consent, or we determine that they have become outdated.<\/p>\n

The personal data provided by you will be stored by the Controller for the period required by law in connection with the performance of an offer or a contract in the scope of services provided by the Controller, as well as for the period necessary to fulfill accounting and tax obligations and the potential need to pursue claims arising from a contract for services provided by the Controller.<\/p>\n

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, rectify them, delete them, restrict their processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of personal data indicated in point 1 (above) violates the provisions of the GDPR.<\/p>\n

10. The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.<\/p>\n
